back to school this weekend. ick ick ick. I'm excited to see my friends and to get out of town, but I could do without all the essay writing. I (very stupidly) decided to tack on an English minor in my last two semesters. Basically that means I'm only taking English classes this year and will be writing essays from now until June. This was a silly idea. I guess I'll be happy when I have the minor, but it's still a pain.

I'll also be working as a teaching assistant for a freshman class this year. I'm incredibly honored that my professor asked me to do it. Though this means I'll have to grade freshmen papers and that tends to be...tedious. Still, I'm supersuper excited to work with the professor and it'll probably be sort of fun.

I know it's going to be a busy semester, but hopefully it'll turn out to be a good one too!
